🌟 Welcome to Your Healing Journey

Before we begin our session together, please take a few moments to read this document carefully. It outlines important information and agreements that help ensure a safe, effective, and respectful healing experience.

🧘‍♀️ A Sacred Invitation

Welcome to our healing sanctuary. I’m honored that you’re considering this path of transformation. My work supports healing on every level — mind, body, heart, and spirit — and is guided by your readiness, willingness, and intention.

Our approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and energetically rooted. Before engaging in hands-on work such as Reiki or massage therapy, we begin with spiritual and energetic preparation. This step creates a clean, sacred space for deeper healing.

You may begin with one or more of the following practices:

• Guided Meditation

• Somatic Stress Release Therapy

• Breathwork

• Sound Healing

• Plant Medicine Integration

Virtual sessions via Zoom, distance energy healing, and talk-style sessions (in-person or online) are also available. Group sessions offer a beautiful, communal space for healing if desired.

To support this work, I also encourage you to cultivate your own daily practices, such as:

• Meditation or Prayer

• Martial Arts or Qi Gong

• Therapeutic Baths or Reiki

• Yoga, Acupuncture, or Sound Healing

• Shamanic Dance, Plant Medicine, or Breathwork

This is part of our pre-screening and preparation process, and it sets the tone for our time together.

🔑 Why Preparation Matters

Hands-on healing work will only be offered after a minimum of one week of spiritual preparation. This may include:

• Daily meditation or prayer

• Gratitude or surrender practice (walking, sitting, kneeling, or in reflection)

• Energy clearing practices such as yoga, sound healing, baths, or breathwork

• Attending your spiritual/religious community or receiving Reiki from another practitioner

• Participating in a plant medicine ceremony (optional but potent)

If this preparation has not yet been done, I will guide you through 1–3 preliminary sessions using modalities like meditation, breathwork, Reiki, or somatic therapy to help you align and open to deeper work. (Note: I do not provide acupuncture or martial arts but am happy to refer trusted practitioners.)

💼 What to Expect in a Session

Your session may include:

• Life Coaching (Relationships, Empowerment, Communication, or Couples Work)

• Meditation, Breathwork, Sound Healing or Somatic Therapy

• Spiritual Healing and Energy Work

• Psychedelic Integration or Psychedelic Healing Journey (Cacao Ceremony, Kambo, Rappe, Kanna, Bufo, Psilocybin, MDMA or other Heart Opening Medicine)

• Tantra Education or Hands-On Healing (if mutually agreed upon and pre-cleared)

💳 Booking & Payment Policies

• A minimum of $100 deposit is required to hold your session.

• Full payment is due at the time of service.

• If you book a 2-hour session, you are responsible for the full time scheduled.

• If you are late and do not call ahead, you are still expected to pay for missed time.

❌ Cancellation & Conduct Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  If notice is given, your deposit may be applied to a future session.
  If not, your deposit is forfeited.

• Inappropriate behavior is not tolerated.
  If you behave inappropriately during a session, you will be asked to leave.

🌱 A Note of Empowerment

This work is not a replacement for medical care or a one-time "fix." It is a partnership. You are responsible for integrating the guidance offered and staying connected to your own healing path. When you honor this work, it will honor you back tenfold.
