Good morning, my beautiful followers and subscribers!
Whether you've been following my work since I began my healing journey in 1999 or you've only recently discovered me, welcome. I'm grateful you're here.
For the past 27 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people as they heal emotionally, spiritually, relationally, and somatically. I opened my private practice full time in 2005, and like many of the people I serve, my work has continued to evolve as I've grown.
The last ten years, especially, have been a profound season of transformation.
Relationships have a way of changing us. They shape us, challenge us, stretch us, and sometimes ask us to become someone we never expected to be. And when those relationships end, we're often given another invitation—to rediscover who we truly are.
That has certainly been my journey.
For nearly three decades, healing has been both my life's work and my own personal path.
Over the years, I've found myself returning to the questions that matter most: Who am I? What do I truly value? How do I want to serve? What kind of healing am I here to offer? And how do I integrate everything I've learned into one authentic practice?
Several years ago, I considered creating a school called Asoha Academy and launched a meditation training program. While it didn't grow the way I had envisioned, it taught me something valuable: sometimes our first vision isn't the final one. Sometimes we're simply laying the foundation for what's still to come.
What's different today is that I bring far more experience, training, and life into my work than I did a decade ago.
Today my practice includes:
Attachment, Intimacy & Relationship Coaching
Somatic Stress Release Therapy
Conscious Connected Breathwork
Psychedelic Preparation & Integration
Meditation, Mindfulness & Nervous System Healing
Breathwork & Sound Healing Experiences
If you're newer to my community, you may not know that there was a season of my life when I stepped away from part of my Tantra work because I was trying to preserve a relationship. During those years, I immersed myself in learning new modalities and discovered many beautiful approaches to healing that now serve my clients every day.
Looking back, I realize I wasn't only grieving the loss of relationships. I was also grieving the parts of myself that I had quietly set aside along the way.
My healing today has been about welcoming those parts of myself home again.
After my late husband passed away, I completed a two-year Tantra Holistic Health and Wellness Certification that deepened my understanding of attachment, codependency, addiction recovery, intimacy, the Divine Masculine and Feminine, Kundalini, breathwork, inner child healing, chakra healing, nervous system regulation, pelvic health, and conscious relationships.
Today, rather than choosing between who I used to be and who I've become, I'm integrating them both.
If you've followed my YouTube channel or social media recently, you've probably noticed some new branding beginning to emerge. Over the coming months, I'll continue refining my website, creating new in-person events, expanding my online offerings, and sharing more of my work through YouTube, Substack, SoundCloud, and my upcoming memoir.
I'm still working one-on-one with clients, continuing my own healing journey, writing, teaching, and creating space for people who are longing for deeper connection—with themselves, with their partners, and with life itself.
As I've continued my own healing—including working through attachment wounds, grief, and recovery—I have an even deeper appreciation for how difficult it can be to reclaim ourselves after we've spent years adapting to survive or to preserve a relationship. That understanding has profoundly shaped the way I sit with my clients today.
Whether you've been here for years or you're just discovering my work, thank you for being part of this journey.
I'm excited for what's ahead, and I look forward to sharing it with you.
With love,
Asttarte
