Exercises We Can Do To Grieve Our Greatest Loves
"I mentioned this above, in another section of this book, but I’m going to reiterate the importance of this practice. Exercises of your individual grieving process are so crucial in acceptance of the loss of your loved one, that it almost goes above and beyond importance than anything else you may do.
The most important thing you can do for yourself before anything else, is breathing, meditation, and getting in touch with your breath. The breath is the key to the inner wisdom, and it helps us all to slow down, rebalance our energy systems, and find a gentle stillness within. In order to find a daily equilibrium and balance, while in the middle of your grieving process, or after the deep pain and longing of our loved one has subsided, the breath is imperative to access.
A simple Mindfulness Meditation Practice is excellent to start to bring your energy into balance, as I mentioned above in the earlier part of this book. However, if you truly want to go deep into your grieving process, a deeper Breathwork Practice is what you need to do. After about 50 or more practice Sessions of Breathwork, I’ll attest that Breathwork is the MOST powerful form of emotional healing available to us, without taking a drug, synthetic, or psychedelic, whether it is natural or not. Breathwork is the most profound way to process grief as a stand-alone practice."
