BREATHWORK CORE HEALING
Private Breathwork Sessions for Emotional Release, Stress Relief, Embodiment & Self-Connection
Breathwork Core Healing is a personalized, guided practice that uses conscious breathing, meditation, body awareness, movement, sound and emotional expression to help you reconnect with yourself and what you are experiencing beneath the surface.
People come to Breathwork carrying many different things. You may feel stressed, emotionally shut down, disconnected from your body, overwhelmed by grief, unable to access your feelings, or simply aware that something inside you feels stuck. You may also be seeking greater vitality, clarity, spiritual connection, creativity or a deeper experience of being fully alive.
Our session begins with you—what you are experiencing, what you would like support with, what you are ready to explore and what you would like to create in your life.
We may begin with intention-setting, gentle grounding and meditation before moving into a Breathwork practice designed around your individual needs. Depending upon the session, I may guide you through different breathing patterns, visualization, body awareness, tapping, movement, sound or emotional expression. Music may also be used to support the experience.
Some Breathwork experiences are gentle and meditative. Others can become active, expressive and physically or emotionally intense. You may experience tears, laughter, sound, movement, tingling, warmth, emotional awareness or simply a deep sense of rest. There is no particular experience you are required to have, and release is never forced.
The purpose is not for me to make something happen to you. I guide the process while you learn to listen to your own breath, body, emotions and inner experience.
A session also includes time for integration. After more active Breathwork, you may rest quietly, allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm and notice what has shifted. This period of stillness can be just as important as the active practice itself.
Over the years, I have used Breathwork in different ways depending upon what a person is experiencing. The practices below illustrate some of the Breathwork Core Healing experiences I offer and how a private session may unfold.
Breathwork for Stagnation, Repression, Stress & a Lonely or Broken Heart
Sometimes a person arrives feeling as though their aliveness has gone quiet. They may have difficulty accessing sadness, joy, passion, purpose or excitement. They know something is there, but they cannot seem to reach it.
In this form of Breathwork, we begin gently and progressively build the practice. Rather than expecting me to somehow pull those feelings out, the client becomes an active participant in awakening their own breath, body and emotional expression.
The four stages below show one example of how this kind of session can unfold:

Step 1 — Beginning: Activation
We begin upright and supported. After grounding and relaxation, the breathing becomes more intentional. Attention is brought through the body and upward toward the third-eye area while the client begins noticing sensation, energy and internal movement.

Step 2 — Intensity: Moving Through Stagnation
As the breathing continues, the practice becomes more physically and emotionally active. Tapping, stronger breathing and expressive exhalation may be incorporated. The body may begin to tire while previously inaccessible sensations or emotions become more noticeable.

Step 3 — Release: Nearing Completion
The practice may continue lying down when remaining upright becomes difficult. Breathing, sound, tapping and emotional expression can continue while the client follows what is happening within their body. This stage may feel powerful, tiring and deeply expressive.

Step 4 — Integration: Rest & Peace
Eventually, the active practice stops. There is nothing more to push or accomplish. The client rests beneath a blanket, breathes naturally and allows the body to settle. This is a time for quiet integration—receiving the stillness after having given yourself fully to the practice.
What a Breathwork Core Healing Session Includes
Every session is personalized around what you are experiencing and what you would like support with. We begin by talking about what is happening in your life, how you have been feeling emotionally and physically, and what you would like to release, reconnect with or create.
From there, I guide you into a gentle grounding practice or meditation so you can begin settling into your body and becoming aware of your breath.
Depending on the type of Breathwork we are doing, your session may include:
-
Intention-setting and identifying what you would like to work with
-
Grounding and guided meditation
-
Conscious and rhythmic breathing practices
-
Breath retention or pauses when appropriate
-
Body awareness and visualization
-
Tapping or gentle movement
-
Music and sound
-
Vocal expression and expressive exhalation
-
Emotional expression when it naturally arises
-
Awareness of sensations and energetic movement through the body
-
Periods of stillness and rest
-
Integration at the end of the practice
Some sessions are quiet, gentle and deeply meditative. Others are more active and expressive. You may sit upright for portions of the practice and later lie comfortably on a floor mat or treatment table as the session progresses.
You may experience warmth, tingling, emotion, tears, laughter, physical sensations, a desire to make sound or move, or simply a profound feeling of relaxation and stillness. There is no particular experience you are expected to have.
I am there to guide you throughout the process, but I am not trying to force a release or make your body experience something it is not ready for. Breathwork is an opportunity to develop a deeper relationship with your own breath, body, emotions and inner awareness.
At the end of the active Breathwork, we allow time for your breathing to return to its natural rhythm. You can rest, receive, notice what has changed and allow the experience to integrate before we complete the session.
The exact Breathwork practice we use depends upon you—what you are walking in with, what your body is communicating, your experience with Breathwork, your comfort and capacity, and what you are ready to explore. if you think moving to the next breathwork style would be more compelling lets do that. either way. the other style of breath work are fr grief, trauma, sexual empowerment, energy clearing, inner warrior empowerment, trauma healing, but I can ever these on the group breathwork experiences like I have on my other site, and make this more catered to reach individual persons needs.
Breathwork Personalized to You
Your Breathwork session does not need to fit into one particular category or method. Over the years, I have guided Breathwork experiences focused on grief, emotional and trauma-informed healing, sexual empowerment, energy clearing, inner strength and empowerment, stress, emotional repression, relationships and reconnecting with the body.
You may arrive experiencing several of these things at once—or something entirely different.
Rather than choosing a predetermined Breathwork experience, we begin with where you are. Together, we identify what you are experiencing, what you would like support with and what your body and nervous system have the capacity to explore that day.
The breathing practices, meditation, movement, sound, emotional expression and integration are then adapted to support your individual process.
That is what makes Breathwork Core Healing a personalized one-on-one experience rather than a single Breathwork technique.
