You do not need to know exactly which service or healing modality you need before reaching out. Asttarte offers personalized sessions based on what you are experiencing, your intentions, your comfort level and the kind of support you are seeking.

Sessions may incorporate energy healing, Somatic Stress Release, therapeutic massage, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, emotional healing or coaching. Some approaches may also be thoughtfully combined to create a session tailored to you.

New clients begin with a brief phone consultation to discuss their needs, ask questions and determine whether Asttarte’s services are a good fit.

In-person sessions are available in Manayunk, Philadelphia. Online coaching, Breathwork, meditation, integration support and distance energy-healing sessions are also available.
